What data we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect your full name, email address, phone number, requested check-in and check-out dates, booking type, and any optional notes you choose to add.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to process and manage your room reservation, assign a bed or room, communicate with you about your stay, and respond to any enquiries you send us.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on your consent for any optional information you choose to share (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who we share it with

Booking details are shared internally with our housing team and with Resend, the transactional email provider we use to deliver booking notifications. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet any legal, accounting, or administrative obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
